Challenge
To foster community and belonging by highlight the struggles and the successes of university faculty teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic to build community and resilience in shared personal and professional experiences.
Methodology
Designed engaging questionnaires for participants to share their stories.
Planned media releases to communicate the podcast series to the broader campus community.
Collaborated with the Inclusive Teaching Practices Postdoctoral Research Fellow in interviewing faculty.
Tasked the Inclusive Teaching Practices Instructional Designer with developing and releasing podcast audio files.
