Systems should work for people—not the other way around.

I am a multi-disciplinary leader focused on talent + culture & systems.

It started with a single question long ago: Why do failing systems persist when they’ve stopped serving the people inside them?

That question shaped everything. My PhD research, and my time at Wharton, Cornell, and LSE studying the intersection of human capital, organizational systems, and AI governance.

Since then, I have led the full arc of People Strategy across higher education, big tech, and global humanitarian work: from learning and capability building to organizational effectiveness and talent experience.

One thing holds across every sector: give people the conditions to thrive, and performance, resilience, and agility follow.
