Systems should work for people—not the other way around.
I am a multi-disciplinary strategist obsessed with the architecture of talent + culture & systems.
It started with a single question in 2010: Why do failing systems persist? So I focused all my graduate research into how structures stay intact long after they’ve stopped working—often at the expense of the people inside them.
I then went to Wharton, Cornell, and the London School of Economics to learn how to translate that systems-thinking across sectors.
Today, I apply that rigor to organizations of all sizes. From Higher Ed to Big Tech, I build the people development and talent systems that help humans thrive.
Because when people thrive, performance, quality, resilience, and agility follow.
